Ocean Institute Ticket Refund Policy:

Please note that tickets for all events at Ocean Institute are non-refundable.  If there is an illness, or medical emergency, please send a medical note to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org.

Ocean Institute Transfer Event/Ticket Policy:

If you would like to reschedule your event to a future date, and there is availability, your original event payment can be refunded.

Directions to swap/transfer event dates:

1. Re-register for the new event date and time.
2. Forward your new Ocean Institute confirmation email with new dates to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org.
3. A full refund for the original event date purchase will then be issued back to the original payment method.

It may take up to two weeks to receive a refund.

We will only issue a refund after confirmation of the new registration has been received via email.
